OUFF 10TH ANNIVERSARY HIGHLIGHTS

What Made Orlando Urban Film Festival (OUFF) 10th Anniversary Unique?

This year’s Orlando Urban Film Festival (OUFF) event celebrated our 10th-year anniversary opening with a showcase of films and music videos from legendary musicians, filmmakers, directors, and screenwriters.  We formed a new West Coast executive team with Hollywood expertise in film, acting, cinematography, music, and writing. Also, a Director of Development, Public Relations, and Content Creator was added to the team.  Our Judges have a combined 100 years of SAG/AFTRA membership, as well as many years working with the Emmy Awards. The OUFF Executive Team consists of business executives with over 40 years of experience working in the music, film industry, and military affairs. 2023 was the presentation of the OUFF Veterans and Military Performing Arts Award which recognized and awarded performing artists, directors, and producers in movies, music, and film who served in the U.S. Military.

During 2023 selection of films, the nominees must receive at least nine out of 10 possible points from the judges to be considered in the short film category.  Seven films received the highest marks with a 10 out of 10.
